is a private, nonprofit agency. Our programs and services have been making a positive difference in the lives of children and families since 1983.
Our Philosophy
We believe that all children and families have basic rights, including: the right to early intervention and an appropriate education through the least restrictive means; the right to nutritional food, medical care, and safe and warm housing; and the right to love and be loved and to receive a fair chance at succeeding in life. We strive to uphold these rights for children and families. They deserve nothing less.
